This past weekend, BryMar Partners Michael and Sandy, along with our Chief Marketing Officer Justina, had the honor of attending the 35th annual Hispanic Foundation Ball. Hosted at the stunning Signia by Hilton San Jose, the sold-out gala gathered over 700 members of the Silicon Valley community, all united in support of an incredible mission: empowering the lives and futures of Latinos in Silicon Valley. For BryMar, it was an inspiring evening that reaffirmed our commitment to our clients and their impactful work in the community.
The Hispanic Foundation of Silicon Valley, under the longstanding leadership of CEO & President Ron Gonzales, has made significant strides in workforce development, education, and leadership programs that directly benefit Silicon Valley’s Latino community. Reflecting on the event, Sandy shared, "Seeing the collective impact of this Foundation and the energy in the room was deeply moving. We’re proud to witness an organization that’s creating meaningful change and opportunities for so many in our community."
With funds raised during the evening, the Hispanic Foundation will continue its mission, focusing on workforce development programs that equip individuals with the skills they need to thrive. Sandy added, “The Hispanic Foundation’s work is essential for the growth and success of Silicon Valley. Witnessing so many people come together in support of this mission is a reminder of the power of community.”
The evening wasn’t only about fundraising—it was a wonderful opportunity to connect with key figures, including Executive Director Ron Gonzales, as well as many of our clients and community leaders who work tirelessly for positive change. “We often collaborate remotely, so seeing our clients and partners in person at such an event is invaluable,” said Justina. "It reminds us of the personal connections that drive our work and the reasons we’re so passionate about what we do."
At BryMar, we value these opportunities to support our clients’ work beyond the office. We were honored to celebrate these milestones with the Hispanic Foundation, and we are already looking forward to next year’s event.
